What makes Dotster a nice choice is that their price seems to be right at $5.75 / month (with no contract). If you are willing to sign a 1 – 5 year contract they will knock the price down a maximum of 30%. The basic plan includes 100 email accounts which might be a bit short if you are going to run an pop email service, however the bandwidth makes up for it. Dotster web hosting also includes Site Builder, with pre installed scripts such as wordpress and Drupal, I am not really sure how many people still use this.
