I love Hostgator. Their chat support is super handy when ever I have some goofy question about how to backup my database. They are polite even when the answer is right in front of me LOL.

They also use wind power as their source of energy to run their company which is pretty cool.

I have been with HostGator since 17 January 2007. They have been one of the most reliable web hosting companies I have ever hosted with.

We were using prosper202 to do some campaign tracking.

We had a forbidden error with our re-direct URL’s.

WE submitted a ticket and in less than 5 minutes the problem was solved.

Here was their response.

The issue was that the manner in which this script operates was triggering a mod_security rule on our server. I have disabled this rule for your domain and the link now works. You will need to have us do this for any other domains you would like to use this script on.

A friend of mine told me to go with Hostgator when I was looking for web hosting, I decided to check them out and spoke to the live help staff who knew what they were talking about! The customer service and help I received signing up was truely fantastic. I have never had any problems with Hostgator and now have 5 accounts with them and multiple domains. Hostgator impressed me so much I decided to promote their services so everyone can realise how good of a web host Hostgator relly is. 10/10 from me !!

I’ve been with Hostgator since November and haven’t had a problem yet and 0 downtime recorded with my uptime monitor. Brent is a great CEO and I’ve heard that if a customer has a problem and wants to speak to him, he will respond. Even being one of the largest hosting companies around you still get a sense of a small personal company with them.

I’ve been using hostgator for a couple years now. here From time to time i check around to see what the other hosting companies are offering but i always end up with hostgator. you cant beat the price, the few times i have needed support they’re there 24/7.

Being completely new to hosting and websites, a friend of mine suggested I go with HostGator. I asked him why exactly HostGator, whereas he replied by saying that HostGator offered every service other hosts did and that they’d have “Fantastico”.
Fantastico is what makes HostGator so special. It lets you set up various sites, for example a WordPress Blog, in just seconds. If you don’t want to miss this feature, then you should definitely go with HostGator.
