If you are trying a telephone number and your calls repeatedly get routed to voicemail, consider that a red flag as well.

If you familiarize yourself with one of these control panels, it will be easy for you to switch hosting accounts in the future. As long as you choose a new hosting account with the same type of control panel, the move will be practically seamless.

Consider the server to be a third backup and make sure that you always have a current copy of all of your web files on your computer and locked away on a backup drive. Don’t make the mistake that many individuals make of trusting their hosting company to back up the data on a regular basis. They may offer it, but whenever you need it, it may not be available.
