One would really have to assume with a portfolio of that size they must be doing something right and those 1.2 million customers must be happy to at least some degree.

What really sets NetFirms.com apart is how they expand past standard web hosting and venture into the online marketing realm as an effective service provider. I am not sure they can compete with firms who focus solely in the area of PPC and SEO; however it does provide a nice one stop shop for over 1.2 million customers. What one of the features I really like about NetFirms.com is their clustered hosting option. I find myself taking a hard look at them for some busier web sites that we run and the price seems right $49.95 / month with 1.5 TB of Bandwidth and 150GB of Space.
